Fat Cat
Once upon a time there was a fat cat who lived under the sun and moon. He was very friendly, but most of his little friends somehow wound up in his mouth. Even so, he had a nice personality, and after all, cats do have to eat you know. Lately, one of his new friends gave him a very smart little Christmas gift. A silver bell for his collar. Now, whenever Fat Cat tries sneaking up behind his little friends they hear him coming and politely scurry away. In a little while they come back with a tray of cheese and crackers, a bottle of wine, and lots of little Christmas cookies, and they share it all with Fat Cat, who never ate so well. And so everyone had a very Merry Christmas after all.
Moral of the story: Even when confronted by our basest natural instincts, those who delight in good works and kind deeds manage to overcome and spread happiness, prosperity and joy wherever they go.
